Guests enter directly into the spacious living area, where two plush sofas sit across from an oversized flat screen TV, making it an ideal spot to relax after a day in the sun. Large windows fill the room with natural light, giving the space an open and airy feel. Just off the living area is a cozy sunroom that features a third sofa which folds out into a bed, offering additional sleeping space for two guests.



Adjacent to the living area is the beautifully updated kitchen, thoughtfully designed with all new appliances and plenty of countertop space. A full sized refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, and dishwasher make cooking easy, while the abundance of cabinets provides ample room for groceries and kitchen essentials. Gather around the dining table for meals together or pull up a stool at the kitchen island and chat while meals are being prepared. If dining out is more your style, Myrtle Beach offers endless restaurant options nearby, and delivery apps make enjoying local favorites simple and convenient.



Down the hall, guests will find a laundry closet equipped with a full sized washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays or beach days.



The first bedroom features two cozy twin beds, making it a great space for kids or friends. A nightstand with a lamp sits between the beds, and a dresser across the room provides extra storage. A flat screen TV is also included for relaxing downtime.



The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, a private closet, additional dresser storage, and its own flat screen TV.



The primary bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a queen bed with matching end tables and lamps, a large dresser with mirror, and a TV for winding down in the evenings. A full length wall mirror is located near the closet and entry to the primary bathroom.



The primary bathroom feels like a spa inspired escape with a fully tiled walk in shower featuring glass doors and a detachable shower head. A high window allows natural light to brighten the space, while the large vanity offers generous countertop and drawer storage. A built in stool, wall mounted makeup mirror, and LED mirror with adjustable lighting add extra convenience. The second bathroom includes a shower and tub combination, a vanity sink, and another LED mirror with lighting options.



We aim to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Towels, washcloths, fresh bedding, and all the essentials are provided so you can pack light and enjoy a stress free vacation. A starter set of toiletries including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and dish liquid will be ready for you upon arrival.



Guests will have access to the outdoor pool and grilling area during their stay. If you are looking to explore beyond the neighborhood, this home is perfectly located near many of the Grand Strand’s most popular attractions. Enjoy laid back beach days in Surfside Beach or take a short drive north to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk for oceanfront dining, shopping, and live entertainment. Just south of the condo, the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk offers fantastic seafood and waterfront views. Nature lovers will enjoy exploring Huntington Beach State Park, and for a truly unique experience, spend an afternoon wandering the sculptures and gardens at Brookgreen Gardens. **Pool is seasonal and open April 1st - October 1st. *****



Please note that this condo is located on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator, so stair access is required.
