Welcome to our cute and cozy Ocean Lakes beach cottage at 1162! Enjoy the view of the dunes and waves from the front deck before entering our 2 bedroom, 1bath home.
In less than a 2 minute walk you can have your toes in the sand and it’s a short trip on the complimentary golf cart to all of the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer-water park, pools, recreation center and arcade as well as the Meet ‘n Eat snack bar and Sandy Mart.
Outside find a comfortable patio space with gas grill and dining area. There’s also parking for 2 vehicles and great shade for those hot summer days.
Our home sleeps 6 with a queen bed, full bed and sleeper sofa. Unlimited WiFi and smart TVs in living room and each bedroom. Washer and dryer inside, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating.

* Complimentary linens and towel package is NOT INCLUDED for bookings under 7 nights.

*Small dog welcome with owner approval and additional fee.

Golf cart is complimentary, any damages are the responsibility of registered guests. Must be 21years of age with valid drivers license and be registered to site 1162 to operate golf cart. Proof of age/ID required when signing rental agreement.

Home was beautiful and very clean. Wish there had been linens and towels. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Check out time could be extended longer to be able to attend church service and utilize more of the campground amenities and attractions. I would recommend this rental.

The property was super clean and we had a wonderful stay! The host was quick to respond to any questions and the process was super easy. The layout of the house was a little strange as you have to walk through the bathroom to get to one of the bedrooms, but since it was just our small family we didn’t mind it. Absolutely recommend!

Nice, clean, comfortable home. Close to beach and quiet area. Cart included was a great bonus! Couldn’t ask for much more! Will note: at no fault of owners, parking and street is tight for larger SUV/truck. Wouldn’t deter from stay, just a heads up. Would definitely stay again!! Loved it!!

Apparently, this property has been recently remodeled and it was very nice: clean and attractive with all of the needed amenities. I loved the wood planking on the ceilings!! Would definitely rent this place again!

This home was beyond perfect. It has been completely renovated. It was very comfortable, clean, well furnished. I did let owner know of couple of things I thought would be helpful & he is going to take care today. He also was easy to contact throughout the whole rental process & very nice to communicate with. Everything i needed to use in kitchen was available as i usually cook most meals. We have stayed at larger homes with all the fancy things but i cannot begin to say how much & how happy we were with this home & homeowner. Jim thank you so much for sharing your home with us & i will assure you that the next time we need to use a home for my husband & I or even someone to use the other bedroom i will be contacting you first.

Wonderful Stay

We were very impressed with the quick response of the property owner. The villa was very nice and even came with its own golf cart. They were also very understanding to accommodate our dogs and adding an additional person to come. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Vacation!

The pictures do not do this home justice! This home is beautiful, very clean and well taken care of. The living room was very comfortable for our family of three and still had enough room for our sons toys without having to step over them. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. Both bedrooms were very spacious and provided a good bit of storage. The owner, Jim, is very nice and easy to get in touch with if needed. Overall, I would suggest this home!

Best family vacation!

Our stay was flawless. The rental house was clean and cozy for a family of 4! The owner was very good at communicating. We will definitely consider staying here again. House has all the kitchen amenities you need. We supplied our own linens which was no problem at all. The golf cart was amazing thank you so much! Ocean lakes is so good for our 2 five year olds. They had a starfish camp, water park and of course the beach just steps away!

Family beach getaway!

Owner was amazing and answered any questions promptly, anytime of the day! Very close to the beach! Tons of golf cart fun! Quirky second bedroom, have to walk through bathroom to get to it. Provided sand toys and beach chairs! Nice to have all kinds of dishes and kitchen utensils etc!

Very nice house in Oceanlakes

Other than the noise in the area this was a really nice place inside and out. You can see the ocean from the porch and walk there in just a couple minutes. Beach access is right there as well.
