« This property worked well for us, and we enjoyed our stay. It was well stocked with household goods which was appreciated. The only thing I would point out is that are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, so be prepared. You get a view of the ocean for your effort. »

« The condo was in a great location, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Enough room for 4 adults and a teenager. The washer in unit was so handy! The dryer wasn’t very efficient but i hung most of our clothing on the line on the balcony. We spent most of our time at the beach or sipping coffee on the balcony (gorgeous views!) kitchen had all pots, pans, plates, dishes and an air fryer, which was so nice! « This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation for my wife and I during some down time. When we arrived to the unit we encountered a pile of dirty linens and the bed room lights and fan were on. The master bed was sloppily made and did not have a top sheet. After seeing the dirty pile of laundry we remade the bed with clean sheets we found as we were not comfortable with it. « We liked location which was one block off the beach w very close access to the beach there was space for our 20 ft trailer which was a big plus. Neighborhood was quiet off season, lots of walkers. House was very clean and had well stocked kitchen. Furnishings comfy. »

« Everything was great - and would have been fine, even if the weather hadn't cooperated. The only glitch is that you can literally put about one piece of clothing into the dryer and actually get it dry. Other than that, it was one of those perfect vacations. Great spot, great accommodations, great time. »

« No frills, basic condo….but the price was right. The highlights were definitely the location to the beach and pool……and the view was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed lots of time on the balcony. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. If you will need access to the Internet for work or school, be sure to have a back up plan as the internet was awful. I know it is vacation, but sometimes life happens during vacation too. »

« Loved the location of this property. The place was clean and overall worked well for what we needed. However we didn't liked that they left the bedding and towels in saran wrap. It seemed wasteful and odd that we had to make our beds. Also there was no soap anywhere. Our bathrooms didn't have soap nor did the kitchen. There was also no dish towels. We unfortunately​ forgot some items. We contacted them to check but they never got back to us. »

« Need to spray unit(s); we had roaches in K & bathroom the first 3 days; we were not notified that a repairman was coming; would have been most disturbing had he come when we were out with our personal belongings lying around, unsecured. The folks upstairs had a young person that ran back & forth for hours (till 11:30 pm one night), jumping, rather uncourteous to their surrounding units. »

« Perfect location, can’t get any closer to the beach. Nice and quiet. House was very clean and up to date. Was exactly as pictured in the listing. Only incredibly minor complaint was that the smoke alarm is super sensitive and went off every time we used the oven. Better to work than not at all though! Definitely will be coming back. »
