This is a uniquely located property directly on the beach. This is a top story unit only a short flight of stairs to access the property. It is a basic unit but is located right near the beach front of Surf Beach, it offers great value for money for the family on a budget. Relax & watch the waves roll in from the balcony. A fenced community garden with picnic area so very safe for the children to play in. Located just at the entry way to the unit complex is a take-away for that morning coffee fix. Just across the road behind this complex is the village of Surf beach shops with a bus stop. This property is so affordable, for that much needed getaway.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed.
The second bedroom has 1 set of bunks and a single bed.

Bathrooms/Laundry: The bathroom laundry is combined and they have made great use of space, there is a combined washing machine and dryer. A shower and toilet but sorry no bath.

Living Area/Kitchen: There is a brand new kitchen and open plan living area which is positioned to take advantage of the sea breeze. We have a split system A/C to keep you comfortable. There is a new balcony off here which is a comfortable area to sit and relax, and enjoy the views. A well stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal.

Pets: Unfortunately this apartment isn't suitable for pets.
