The Wave is directly on the beach with a pool and professional decorated. For the 2025 season brand new kitchen and bathrooms. This modern beach paradise brings it all home at Holden Beach with its own private heated pool surrounded by palm trees and sun giving you your own private oasis. Take a quick dip any time you please in either the ocean or in the swimming pool. Whatever you choose, it will be exactly what you need to escape the world of all its worries.

Professionally decorated, The Wave has four separate bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The screened-in porch oceanside offers a great view of the ocean and a perfect place to sit and have your meals or read a book while enjoying the ocean breeze. This Holden Beach seaside sanctuary has an inverted floor plan which will allow you to be surrounded by the ocean, intracoastal and marsh's breathtaking views. The large family room offers a 55-inch smart flat screen TV complete with Roku and Hulu. Each bedroom is equipped with smart TV's and Roku. Wifi throughout the house included.

Stunning! The beach and views of the beach were exactly what we needed. The house was great with all sleeping quarters on the first floor and then the whole top level was the spacious living space. The screened in patio was lovely for morning coffee. The most relaxing Christmas break with family! Our host, Jenni, was always available if we needed anything and very friendly and accommodating!

We had the best week! The house truly is stunning, right on the beach, and stocked with everything you could need. We made an entire Thanksgiving dinner for a family of six - with room to comfortably sit around the table together. We love Holden and couldn’t be happier with our experience - we will totally be back again! Host was so gracious and responsive, and house was extremely clean.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The beach views are amazing, and we were impressed by how spotless everything was. We’re very picky about cleanliness, and this house was exceptionally clean — every surface and piece of furniture looked like it belonged in a model home. Grocery stores and restaurants are just minutes away, and the beach was peaceful and uncrowded during our visit. We’ll definitely be back! This host clearly knows how to create a clean, welcoming getaway.

A week our family needed to unwind and relax! The home was lovely and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. The screened porch, like many have said, was our favorite place to have coffee, a simple lunch, and occasional takeout for dinner. Access to the beach was easy and the pool was great! Jenni was very responsive before and during our stay. A all the way!

This was our first time going the VRBO route vs a rental agency and we will do so again in a heartbeat after this experience. A beautiful home and wonderful vacation

This home is beautifully decorated with lots of amenities. The living area is spacious, kitchen is well-stocked with two types of coffee makers, blender, crockpot, and everything we needed to cook for our family. Kitchen towels, bath towels, beach towels and bed linens were provided and beds were already made up for us. Such a nice touch! There was a closet with lots of games and books and even a drawer with flashlights for beach walks. The pool area was wonderful with plenty of chairs. Everything was well-maintained and spotless. The host was super responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful oceanfront home. Full of amenities. We loved sitting on the screened in porch and watching the ocean, swimming in the pool and being only steps away from the ocean. Great Family Stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The layout of the home worked well for our needs and the location could not be beat. We enjoyed the immediate access to the beach- it was nice not having to worry about packing for the entire day on the beach because you could quickly run back and forth to the house to grab whatever you might want! The kitchen renovation looked great - the theming was fun without being over the top. We also appreciated the host, Jenni- she was communicative and remained available in case we needed anything. Hope to be back again soon!

Nice house and location

We enjoyed our stay. Oceanfront was great! Kids played in the ocean and on the beach, then came up to the house and enjoyed the heated pool. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower and the gas grill.

Beautiful home! Very nice location with parking for at least 4-5 vehicles. Four bedrooms and each room has their own attached bathroom! Bonus!! Loved the screened in porch with dining table and chairs. So many shells and shark teeth on the beach! So if you love collecting! This is the place!

We love Holden!

Great house and location! We loved this property and would stay again! Easy to access house and area on the beach. Short walk from pool to beach and ocean. Loved the spot of the beach with great tide pools for the kids! House was very clean and well supplied. Communication was great with the host! Very responsive when we had an issue with the umbrella that was broken. A new one was sent and set up to us within a few days. Holden is one of our favorite places to visit and this trip did not disappoint!
