This spectacular "end of island" home is located in Holden Beach West's private community and offers breathtaking views of the ocean, Shallotte Inlet, and Intracoastal Waterway. It is technically a second-row home, but very unique with its unobstructed views. This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath keyless entry home (2K, 2Q, 4T) includes spacious primary bedrooms with private balconies as well as a gourmet kitchen, private swimming pool, and wrap-around porch. TVs and DVD players are in every bedroom and the common living area, as well as surround sound, upgraded cable, and a Sonos sound bar for your listening enjoyment. Cable TV is provided in the main living room, the rest are smart TVs that allow you to stream your favorite movies and shows with your personal Hulu, Netflix, and Disney Plus accounts! A gas grill is provided. Please note that the bedroom with the shared bathroom has access to the powder room but must enter the neighboring bedroom for a full bathroom.

Beach access is directly across the street at 1365 Ocean Blvd West. This home is near an inlet and the distance to the beach and ocean are subject to change. Due to high tides and forces of nature, tidal pools may exist in natural settings on the island. Oceanfront properties near an ocean inlet are subject to rapid and substantial changes in dune structure and distance to the beach strand.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. To properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a minute of surf and sand!

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion).
