Outside, you will also find a large enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water as well as two levels of oceanfront decking. You can relax and enjoy the views or sit and eat at the large table for 7. The decks are partially covered on the first level and for soaking in the sun on the top level. The street-side deck is covered and boasts lovely marsh views across the street.

Inside, you will be greeted with 3 oceanfront primary suites, nicely appointed décor, beautiful finishing like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and lots of natural light! The kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite seafood feasts to enjoy at the large dining table for 10 and an extra kitchen bar with seating for four. There is even a stand-alone icemaker for your convenience. The chef in your party will love the kitchen's gas range! There are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 living areas in this spacious home, so plenty of room for the whole family! There are even gas logs for the cooler months.

This property also includes a Universal level 2 charger for both Tesla (NACS) and non-tesla (J1772) charge ports.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy (14) for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
