The owner of this lovely cottage makes continual annual improvements to maximize your 2025 vacation experience. As renters, you will have 4 generous bedrooms (K,K,Q,TT), a living room, and a den, all with new smart TVs. Two huge bathrooms plus one half bath, laundry room, screened-in porch, and a large hot/cold outdoor shower. Completely new HVAC system, lighting, walls, paint, flooring, doors, and windows were installed in 2023. Guests can also enjoy a new fenced-in area under the house, great for dogs, along with a brand-new oceanfront window that brings even more of the sweeping shoreline views indoors.

Three spacious decks and a screened-in porch offer spectacular views for outdoor living. A fully-equipped Kitchen suited for chefs and bakers, including a NEW Cuisinart Duo Coffee Maker (uses standard pods), Crockpot, (2) electric Griddles, and a blender. Even the fisherfolk have a dedicated fish cleaning station, outdoor grill, corn hole court, and a hammock for post-fishing relaxation. This island home has everything needed for your most relaxing vacation.

Embrace the warmth of southern “Hobbspitality”! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump into making memories rather than making beds. This owner also provides starter coffee pods for that first morning coffee fix. If you require more than the lightweight blanket provided, we urge you to bring any extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring ONE canine family member along, up to 65lbs, for free. Your SECOND canine requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues. Please note: the owner is highly allergic to cats; therefore, no cats are allowed anywhere inside this property. No smoking.
