The Space:

Welcome to your waterfront escape in Twin Waters, a spacious five-bedroom home designed around relaxed indoor-outdoor living and beautiful canal views. From the moment you step inside, the open-plan layout draws your eye towards the water, with generous living spaces flowing seamlessly through to the pool, deck and canal beyond.



At the heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of bench space and a breakfast bar, along with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, full-size fridge and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Nearby, the dining table comfortably seats eight, with an additional casual seating area creating plenty of space for everyone to gather.



The main living area features a large leather chaise sofa, separate sofa, TV, ceiling fan and ducted air-conditioning, making it an inviting spot to settle in after a day exploring the Sunshine Coast. There is also a separate sunroom overlooking the waterfront, complete with a sofa and dining table for another relaxed place to enjoy the views.



Step outside and you’ll find one of the highlights of the home: a private lap pool overlooking the canal. The spacious waterfront deck provides the perfect setting for sunny afternoons and slow evenings by the water, with an outdoor dining setting for eight. Kayaks are also available for guest use, allowing you to head straight from the property onto the canal and explore Twin Waters from the water.



The home accommodates up to 10 guests across five comfortable bedrooms:



Bedroom 1: The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, ducted air-conditioning and a generous walk-in wardrobe.



Bathroom 1 (ensuite): Connected to the master bedroom, the private ensuite features a spa bath, walk-in shower, double vanity and toilet.



Bedroom 2: This bedroom includes a king-size bed, TV, wardrobe, ceiling fan and ducted air-conditioning.



Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a king-size bed, wardrobe cupboard, ceiling fan and ducted air-conditioning. It also has access to a dual-access ensuite shared with Bedroom 4.



Bedroom 4: This bedroom includes two single beds, TV, ceiling fan and ducted air-conditioning, with convenient access to the shared dual-access ensuite.



Bathroom 3 / Dual-access ensuite: Shared between Bedrooms 3 and 4, this bathroom includes a shower, vanity and toilet.



Bedroom 5: This bedroom features two king single beds, wardrobe, ceiling fan and ducted air-conditioning.



Bathroom 2: The main bathroom includes a combined shower and bathtub with a vanity, along with a separate toilet.



For longer stays, the internal laundry is equipped with a front-loader washing machine and dryer, with an outdoor clothesline also available.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, private lap pool, waterfront deck and kayaks, excluding the garage. The garage is locked and unavailable for guest use. Driveway parking is available for up to two cars.

Located in the peaceful waterfront community of Twin Waters, this home offers a relaxing canal-side setting while keeping you within easy reach of everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. The area is known for its picturesque waterways, walking paths and laid-back coastal atmosphere, making it ideal for morning strolls, bike rides and days spent enjoying the outdoors.



Nearby, you’ll find local cafes, restaurants, beaches and shopping, while Mudjimba, Marcoola and Maroochydore are all within easy driving distance. Twin Waters Golf Club is also nearby for those looking to fit in a round during their stay.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Twin Waters and the wider Sunshine Coast, with driveway parking available for up to two vehicles at the property. Beaches, cafes, restaurants, shopping and other local attractions are all within a short drive.



The closest bus stop is approximately 3.1km away at David Low Way at Namba Street, Pacific Paradise, providing public transport connections to surrounding areas. Guests can also make use of the provided kayaks to explore the canal directly from the property.

Interaction with Guests:

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Please note that the property has exterior security cameras located on either side of the home, facing the front of the property, as well as cameras monitoring the driveway, front yard and garage. There is also a covered camera in the pool area which is switched off.



*The property is located directly on the canal. Children should be supervised at all times around the waterfront and pool areas.



*Kayaks are available for guest use.



*The garage is locked and unavailable for guest use. Driveway parking is available for up to two cars.
