Tingira by Salty Stays is a beautifully newly built beach-side home in Sunshine Beach. Perfectly situated to capture fantastic ocean views and breezes but close enough to walk to Sunshine Beach and Village. Inside and out the house has been custom designed and thoughtfully conceived to take full advantage of this brilliant location.

Local architect Tim Ditchfield has used natural light and shade paired with raw stone and hardwood finishes to create a house that immediately feels warm and welcoming. Cleaver window and wall positioning creates spaces that are perfectly private yet open to the beautiful environment. It is so easy to feel relaxed and at home here.
Every aspect has been designed for easy and informal beachside living. The generous multi level layout provides for many spaces that you and your family can spread out in and relax in and have to their own, each area offering enticing views outdoors to lush green gardens or ocean vistas. Tingira is fully air conditioned and the pool is solar heated.

Bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. The Master Bedroom occupies its own entire upper level, featuring a beautiful ensuite, large robe and study area, its own balcony and perfect ocean views. The lower level of the house offers three bedrooms and a family bathroom. A king bedroom on this lower poolside level is ensuited, and there are both a Queen and twin bedrooms. The pool is conveniently accessible from this level with its own lovely shady deck area as well as a separate TV lounge (ideal for children or guests).

The main level of the house features a large lounge, outdoor deck, kitchen and butlers pantry, double garage and a superb laundry. If you are keen to cook while on holiday the kitchen will not disappoint - it is spacious and extremely well laid out, offering the latest auxiliaries. Just off the kitchen and ideal in almost all weather is a central feature of the house, a large undercover deck, with casual lounges and a built in BBQ. The pool can be accessed from here also.
A multi room indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system, NBN WiFi and smart TV's provide entertainment when you're spent after playing in the surf and sand.
