Located in the heart of Sunshine Beach, The Duke at Sunshine Beach is the perfect choice for couples, small families, and of course, your much-loved pooch. Sleeping 4 guests across 2 bedrooms, this townhouse offers superb value for families looking to be close to the action but still enjoy a bit of peace and quiet.
2/12 Duke Street is only a 1-minute walk to the charming village of Sunshine Beach where you will find fine dining, coastal cafes, and local boutiques along Duke Street. With a 4-minute walk to the patrolled beach and Sunshine Beach Surf Club and a short 5-minute drive to the renowned Hastings Street, Noosa – its location makes the perfect base for a getaway like no other.
The Space
Stretching across two stories, the two-bedroom townhouse lies within a boutique complex in the heart of Sunshine Beach Village, ensuring a sense of privacy yet within proximity to everything the Noosa region has to offer.
With an alfresco area, a separate balcony, and a fenced backyard with lush greenery, it is designed to make the most of its prime coastal location and tropical climate. With shared pool access, a BBQ, and outdoor dining, your every need is catered for.

This retreat thoughtfully sits its bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, walk-through robe, and private balcony overlooking a tropical treescape. The ensuite is complete with a shower and a shared separate toilet. Bedroom 2 offers 2 single beds, a TV, and a wardrobe. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and split-system air conditioning.
On this level, there is a main bathroom with a shower and basin and a living space where you can watch a film or enjoy a book.
This home is dog-friendly and suitable for one well-behaved, small, and/or elderly dog. Your pooch will adore the dog-friendly section of Sunshine Beach, just a short stroll away.
