The Space:
Step into this luxurious, contemporary apartment, where sleek modern design meets effortless coastal living. Designed for seamless indoor–outdoor living, the balcony offers alfresco dining for six and an outdoor sofa, making it the perfect place to relax and entertain.
Inside, the living area is beautifully styled, featuring a chaise sofa, smart TV, and a dining table for four, all kept perfectly comfortable with air-conditioning. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, and a range of convenient small appliances.
When staying at The Corso, guests can take advantage of the premium complex amenities, including a large resort-style pool complete with sun lounges and an adjacent alfresco dining area with a BBQ and seating area, perfect for relaxed outdoor meals. On the same floor as the apartment, you’ll also find a stylish indoor communal workspace featuring built-in bench seating and tables, ideal for working remotely in comfort. Situated within the brand-new Corso complex in the heart of the CBD, it offers easy access to beaches, cafes, restaurants, and the Sunshine Plaza, all just a short walk or quick drive away. Public transport is also conveniently nearby, with bus stops only a 6-minute (400m) walk on Aerodrome Road, providing northbound routes to Coolum and Noosa, and southbound connections to Mooloolaba and Kawana.

*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
