The Space:

A favourite among returning guests, this home is filled with natural light and is thoughtfully designed for families and groups to relax, connect, and create lasting memories. With multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, there's something for everyone to enjoy, from the private pool, BBQ area and fire pit to the trampoline, pool table, ping pong table, home theatre and games area. It offers the perfect balance of comfort, entertainment and coastal convenience.



We're now pet friendly! Small dogs are welcome, provided they don't disturb our neighbours and are looked after indoors.

4) Bedroom 4: 2 Bunk beds (1 x single bunk, 1 x bunk with double on the bottom and single on top)

Two port-a-cots and bed guard available on request

The guest suite has private external access as well as internal access, an air-conditioned living area, kitchenette and Google TV with Netflix.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property, excluding a locked storage room in the garage.



Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your check in for security reasons).



Check in from after 3 PM

Check out before 10 AM



Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is not available due to accepting last minute same day bookings.



This property is located in a residential neighbourhood and all guests must comply with local council regulations. Any breach of the house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.

Moffat Beach is one of the Sunshine Coast's most loved coastal suburbs, known for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful surf beach, and vibrant café scene. Just a short stroll away, you'll find beachfront cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, parks, and the popular local brewery. The scenic coastal pathway connects Moffat Beach to neighbouring beaches, making it perfect for morning walks, bike rides, or taking in the stunning ocean views.

Whether you're looking to surf, swim, enjoy a long lunch by the water, or simply unwind, Moffat Beach offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and convenience.



Getting Around:

This area is highly walkable, with beaches, cafés, restaurants, parks, playgrounds, and local attractions all within easy reach. The coastal boardwalk provides a scenic way to explore nearby beaches including Shelly Beach, Kings Beach, and Bulcock Beach.



For guests travelling further afield, public transport is available nearby with regular bus services connecting you to Caloundra, Kawana, Maroochydore, and other Sunshine Coast destinations. If you're driving, there is easy access to major roads, making day trips to Noosa, the Hinterland, Australia Zoo, and other popular attractions simple and convenient.



Rideshare services and taxis are also readily available throughout the area, making it easy to get around without a car.



Airport Access- Sunshine Coast Airport is just a 30-minute drive away and services regular domestic flights from major Australian cities – making it an ideal destination for guests flying in or out.

A NOISE MONITORING DEVICE IS INSTALLED AT THE PROPERTY to ensure guests' compliance with our house rules. Please note the home is located in a quiet residential area and out of respect for our neighbours, it is STRICTLY NOT suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply.



HOUSE RULES:

- no smoking or vaping inside of the property

- pets allowed (excl. furniture)

- no parties/events

- no extra guests, registered guests only

- no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am)
