Seaview Sunshine Beach

Seaview is a tropical beach retreat in Sunshine Beach created for guests who value privacy, thoughtful architecture and a genuine connection to nature.



Tucked within a quiet rainforest pocket, the home unfolds across multiple levels, offering a natural sense of space and separation that suits families, couples travelling together and multi-generational groups alike. A recent renovation has enhanced comfort and flow, while carefully preserving the architectural integrity that defines Gabriel Poole’s design.



At the centre of the home, the open-plan living and kitchen area is bathed in natural light, with surrounding greenery filtering views and doors opening seamlessly to the outdoor deck. This is a space designed for long lunches, shared meals and easy conversation, with the tropical pool just beyond, framed by palms and dappled shade.

Downstairs, a dedicated retreat provides younger guests or extended family with their own space to unwind, including three bedrooms that open directly onto the poolside, creating a relaxed, resort-style connection between indoors and out.



The mid-level living areas form the social heart of the home, where evenings naturally gather for drinks, relaxed entertaining and unhurried conversation. Above, the rooftop deck offers a quieter, elevated perspective, best enjoyed during the day for ocean views and whale watching in season.



Days unfold at an easy pace. Walk to the beach in the morning, follow the coastal track through the national park, or linger poolside with a book as the sounds of nature surround you. Evenings are made for alfresco dining, a swim under the stars, or simply enjoying the quiet luxury of a home that feels both secluded and welcoming. Sleep enhanced by the
