The entry level (ground) comprises of master bedroom and second area with a queen bed. The laundry facilities are also on this level. The lower level of the home has a large family bedroom with queen and singles beds. This room has an ensuite bathroom and access to the beautiful large pool.

The upper level of the home comprises of a light breezy open plan living area and kitchen with new furnishings and modern kitchen with all amenities. A large balcony flows from the living area to a spacious balcony with Weber BBQ and alfresco dining. A set of winding stairs leads up to a roof top terrace with stunning ocean views, cooling breezes and outdoor alfresco area.
