The Space:

Welcome to Saltwater Haven, where relaxed coastal living meets effortless entertaining, with beautiful Warana Beach just across the road. Designed for family holidays and memorable getaways with friends, this spacious single-storey home sleeps up to five guests and offers the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment and indoor-outdoor living.



Enter through the front gate and step inside to discover a bright, open-plan living area designed for relaxation and connection. The spacious lounge features a comfortable couch, additional seating, a large smart TV, speakers, ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning, creating an inviting space to unwind after a day exploring the coast. For a little friendly competition, the adjoining games area features a pool table, perfect for keeping everyone entertained throughout your stay.



The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Flowing seamlessly from the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats six guests and includes a dedicated bar area with a drinks fridge, ideal for keeping your favourite refreshments chilled while entertaining.



Large sliding glass doors connect both the living and dining areas to the outdoor entertaining space, where the sparkling private pool takes centre stage. Featuring charming blue-and-white checker tiling and surrounded by glass fencing, the pool offers a refreshing escape on warm Sunshine Coast days. Fire up the BBQ for a relaxed alfresco meal, unwind on the comfortable outdoor lounge or enjoy a drink at the high-top seating area overlooking the water, all surrounded by peaceful garden greenery.



The home also welcomes up to two outdoor-only dogs upon approval, making it a wonderful coastal escape for the whole family, including your four-legged companions.



When it's time to unwind, three comfortable bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat, each featuring ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. Continue reading below for the bedroom and bathroom configuration.



Bedroom 1 (Master): A spacious retreat featuring a king-sized bed, two bedside tables, ceiling fan, ducted air conditioning and a TV. A light-filled seating nook surrounded by windows offers a lovely spot to relax, while a walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite provide added comfort and convenience.



Bathroom 1 (Master Ensuite): A modern ensuite complete with a walk-in shower, double vanity and toilet.



Bedroom 2: Features a comfortable double bed, ceiling fan, ducted air conditioning, dresser and built-in wardrobe with sliding doors.



Bedroom 3: A cosy bedroom featuring a single bed, bedside table, ceiling fan, ducted air conditioning and built-in wardrobe with sliding doors.



Bathroom 2 (Main Bathroom): Includes a bathtub, separate shower and single vanity, with a separate toilet conveniently located beside the bathroom.



Laundry: A dedicated laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the home, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open-plan living and dining areas, games room, laundry, outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and private swimming pool.



One parking space is available for guests in the double garage, with the second space occupied by the owner's vehicle. Additional parking is available behind the side gate, which can be manually opened to accommodate another vehicle or jet skis.

Having a car is the most convenient way to explore Warana and the wider Sunshine Coast, allowing you to easily visit nearby beaches, shopping centres, restaurants and popular coastal destinations.



Local bus services also operate throughout the area, with the closest bus stop, Nicklin Way at Minkara Street, just 528m away (approximately an 8-minute walk). From here, guests can access public transport connections towards Mooloolaba and Maroochydore to the north, and Currimundi and Caloundra to the south.



Other Things to Note:

*Pet-friendly for 2 dogs maximum - upon application, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*Security cameras: For security purposes, there is an operational external security camera located at the front entrance of the property. Additional cameras are located around the property, including near the pool and side of the home, however, these are not in use and are being covered and switched off.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings. No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, however, young adults accompanied by family are welcome.



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.



*Please note that to stay with us, you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests, and access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
