The Space:

Inspired by timeless mid-century design and framed by breathtaking ocean views, this welcoming apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area creates an inviting space to gather, with large sliding doors opening onto a generous balcony overlooking the sparkling coastline towards Bribie Island.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay and overlooks the dining area with seating for four. The comfortable lounge is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or a refreshing swim in the complex's shared pool, complete with a Smart TV featuring streaming apps (please note there are no free-to-air channels). Natural light and refreshing sea breezes flow throughout the apartment, creating a relaxed coastal atmosphere.



Step outside to the spacious balcony where you'll find an outdoor dining setting for four along with bar seating for two, making it the ideal place to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, afternoon drinks, or simply watch the waves roll in.



Guests also have access to the complex's shared swimming pool, providing the perfect place to cool off and relax after a day exploring Kings Beach and the Sunshine Coast.



Bedroom One (Master Bedroom): The spacious master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, ceiling fan, mirrored built-in wardrobe, and a peaceful setting designed for a restful night's sleep.



Bedroom Two: Ideal for children, friends or additional guests, the second bedroom features two comfortable single beds, a ceiling fan, dresser with hanging space, and a collection of board games for relaxed evenings indoors.



Bathroom: The bathroom includes a shower over bath, vanity, and a separate toilet for added convenience.



Laundry: The separate internal laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, and laundry sink for your convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, as well as access to the complex's shared swimming pool. One allocated parking space is provided, with additional free street parking conveniently located directly outside the complex should you require extra parking.

The apartment is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Located in walking distance to Kings Beach where you will find a patrolled beach, surf club, beach pool, parks, plus an abundance of cafes and restaurants to explore.

Getting Around:

Kings Beach is easy to explore on foot, with beaches, cafés and restaurants all nearby. If you'd like to venture further along the Sunshine Coast, a car is recommended. Local bus services also operate regularly throughout the area, with the nearest bus stop located on Moreton Parade, approximately a five-minute walk (250 metres) from the apartment, providing services towards Maroochydore and Caloundra Station.



Other Things to Note:

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings. No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This apartment is located within a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly after 9pm.



*Please note the dishwasher is currently out of order.
