The Space:

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is flooded with natural light and flows effortlessly onto a generous balcony through wide bi-fold doors, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.



The expansive balcony is the highlight of the home, offering sweeping views across the Noosa River, Hinterland, and North Shore beaches. Complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ, it provides the perfect setting for morning coffee, long lunches, or sunset drinks while enjoying the coastal breezes and ever-changing scenery.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, including a Nespresso pod coffee machine, making holiday dining easy and enjoyable. The adjoining dining area and comfortable lounge provide plenty of space to relax after a day exploring Noosa's beaches, boutiques, and walking trails.



The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across two well-appointed bedrooms. For year-round comfort, the living area and primary bedroom are air-conditioned, while ceiling fans throughout help capture the refreshing coastal breezes.



Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, shared with only two other apartments within the building, providing a great spot to cool off on warm Noosa days.

The Neighborhood:

Perfectly positioned between Noosa Junction and Hastings Street, this apartment offers easy access to the very best of Noosa:



- Hastings Street is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk

- Noosa Main Beach is approximately a 9 minute walk

- Noosa Junction cafés, restaurants, cinema and boutiques are a 2 minute drive or 11 minute walk

- Noosa National Park is a 8 minute drive



Getting Around:

Hastings Street, Main Beach, and Noosa Junction are all within easy walking distance from the apartment.



The nearest bus stop is Noosa Junction Bus Station, approximately a 10 minute walk away, providing regular TransLink services throughout Noosa, Sunshine Beach, Peregian Beach, Noosaville, Tewantin, and the wider Sunshine Coast.



While many of Noosa’s attractions can be reached on foot, having a car provides added convenience for exploring the wider Sunshine Coast region. Secure parking is provided, and taxi and Uber services are readily available throughout Noosa.
