The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for an easy, comfortable stay, including a fridge, electric oven and stovetop, dishwasher, microwave and coffee pod machine. The relaxed coastal living area features two leather sofas, air conditioning, a Smart TV and a dining table with seating for six with amazing views through the windows.



For an even more impressive outlook, take the staircase just outside the apartment to your private rooftop retreat. Complete with a BBQ, outdoor seating and dining area, this exclusive space offers panoramic views stretching across Bulcock Beach, Pumicestone Passage, the Glass House Mountains, Golden Beach, Bribie Island and beyond, an incredible setting for sunset drinks or an alfresco meal. Bulcock Beach is situated approximately 350m walk to the patrolled beach, plus cafes and restaurants to enjoy along the foreshore. If you’re holidaying with the little ones, they will absolutely love the Kings Beach water fountains play area, playground and beach pool on the beachfront which is a 5 minute drive away.

It's ideal to have a car to explore the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 500m walk to Bowman Rd (in front of Woolworths) where bus services operate to Kawana, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore (northbound) and across to the road southbound to Caloundra Station.



Other Things to Note:

*We do not accept schoolies bookings.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently. Young adults are welcome when part of a family booking.



*This apartment is located within a residential complex. We ask guests to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9pm.



*Please note that to stay with us, you will be required to complete a check-in form prior to arrival. Access details will only be provided once this is completed.
