With shops, weekly and monthly markets, and Happy Valley's playground and barbeque area in easy walking distance, you may be tempted to leave your car in the lock-up garage for your entire stay. It's a pleasant walk along the boardwalk to the rock pools and surf of Kings Beach, and the annual Caloundra Music Festival.

But don't forget the other attractions of the Sunshine Coast within a short drive, including the famous Australia Zoo, Sea Life Aquarium and Landsborough's Big KartTrack for the thrill-seekers. Lowanna is located within walking distance of some of Caloundra's best restaurants and eateries for a big night out. Alternatively, the well appointed kitchen and entertainment cabinet have you covered if you'd prefer a quiet one.

Lowanna has a baggage lift to make moving in a little easier and security screens on the bedroom windows for peace of mind while you're here.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee
