Mid Level – Bedrooms, Pool & Outdoor Living
As you enter the villa, you are welcomed into the first of three living areas, which flows directly onto the enclosed courtyard, heated pool and outdoor entertaining space. Relax by the pool or unwind in the hanging egg chair surrounded by the greenery of Little Cove.

This level features three bedrooms, including the impressive master suite with a beautifully renovated ensuite, dressing table and walk-in robe. The second bedroom also enjoys access to a newly renovated bathroom, while the third bedroom is configured with two single beds.

All bedrooms and the living area feature reverse-cycle air conditioning, with ceiling fans also provided in the bedrooms for year-round comfort.

Top Level – Living, Kitchen & Balconies
The upper level is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious open-plan living and dining area, modern fully equipped kitchen and two balconies surrounded by lush tropical rainforest.

The kitchen is well stocked for holiday entertaining and includes a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, while the family BBQ makes relaxed meals at home easy. Open the doors to the balconies and enjoy the peaceful rainforest setting – a beautiful place for morning coffee, afternoon drinks or simply spending time together.

Lower Level – Additional Living & Bedroom
The lower level provides even more space to spread out, with another comfortable living area, a cosy bedroom and bathroom. A full laundry is also located on this level for your convenience during longer stays, along with direct access to the garage via the rear door.

Parking & Location
There is a single-car garage at the rear of the property, with space for a second vehicle to park lengthways across the garage door. Free street parking is also available; however, spaces can be difficult to secure due to Little Cove's highly sought-after location.

From the villa, it is an easy walk down through the beautiful Little Cove surrounds to Noosa Main Beach, Hastings Street, restaurants, cafés and boutiques, while Noosa National Park and its spectacular coastal walking tracks are also close by.

Please note: In accordance with the Noosa Council Code of Conduct and due to the property's peaceful residential location, this home is not suitable for large all-adult group bookings. A maximum of 6 adults per booking applies. Under no circumstance can this home to be used as a party venue or for functions or gatherings. Breaching these rules results in immediate termination of your booking and forfeiting of your Bond.
