Sophisticated in every way possible and brimming with stylish personality… This luxurious Noosa Heads apartment doesn’t just make it’s home in paradise, it is paradise. The four-bedroom property lies within a prestige complex at one end of Hastings St, nestled among a lush treescape and offering unsurpassed views over the natural paradise below. It’s the kind of five-star retreat that elevates expectation and surpasses desire. As befits its prestige location, no expense or detail has been spared in the design and decoration of the apartment across its four levels.

Layers of beautiful timber used to artful affect blend seamlessly with a colour palette that draws on soothing neutrals and earthy hues, using luxury materials such as travertine and blackbutt. Vibrant shots of colour come from decorative accents and eye-catching canvases. But the true work of art is the living, breathing panorama created by Mother Nature, which is framed by expansive windows and drawn seamlessly inside by banks of sliding glass doors.

Thoughtfully zoned for maximum enjoyment, the central living and communal hub forms the heart of the apartment. Nearby natural delights include Noosa’s iconic Main Beach, whose golden sands and sparkling waters lead the eye towards the spectacular horizon. NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION
Hastings Park Noosa makes its home at the end of world-famous Hastings Street amongst the lush green hillside, looking back towards the local cafés, restaurants, bars and boutiques and offering unsurpassed views over Noosa Main Beach and across the sparkling waters of Laguna Bay.
There are just nine boutique accommodation residences of uncompromising quality — all featuring three or four bedrooms and sleeping six to ten people.

Noosa is recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, this chic coastal town is surrounded by bay, beach, National Park and river. Visitors to Noosa love to swim at Noosa Main Beach, surf the Noosa World Surfing Reserve, walk the Noosa National Park’s stunning forest and coastal trails or picnic as the sun sets over the hinterland behind the river mouth. Home to iconic Hastings Street, which is famous for its shopping and dining, Noosa’s main beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, bars and an eclectic array of boutiques, homeware stores, galleries, and surf stores.

Noosa Junction or as it is affectionately known by locals, ‘The Junga’ is a buzzing little village just over the hill from Hastings Street, ‘The Junga’ is home to a wonderful world of bars, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, laneways, night markets, street art and photo galleries.

With the Noosa River winding through its heart and river hire businesses dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore, Noosaville is a lively centre of aquatic activities including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing. Restaurants, cafes and bars on both Gympie Terrace and Thomas Street, many with stunning views of the Noosa River, serve up tastes from around the world as well as contemporary Australian fare that cater to all tastes and budgets. Shopping is also well catered for in Noosaville with an excellent range of boutiques retailing everything from shoes and beachwear to surfboards and clothes for any occasion.

Noosa ferry’s custom-built classic riverboats cruise between Hastings Street, Noosaville and Tewantin (Noosa Marina) with seven stops along the Noosa River with a one-way trip taking about 40 minutes.

Tewantin is a quiet, village-style suburb situated along the Noosa River from Noosaville which features a pedestrian-friendly main street renowned for its striking Poinciana trees showcasing vibrant orange-red flowers during the summer months. Originally established as a timber town and serving as the river port for the Noosa region, Tewantin is home to the vehicular ferry connecting to Noosa’s North Shore and Fraser Island, as well as the Noosa Marina, a hub for riverfront shops and restaurants, and host to weekly craft and produce markets.

Inland from Noosa and popular for day trips is the Hinterland where green valleys are dotted with cafes, galleries, vintage stores, markets and historic pubs. Known for their incredible natural beauty, the Noosa Hinterland is comprised of country towns including Eumundi, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Cooran and is also home to the Noosa Everglades. One of only two everglades’ systems on Earth, the Noosa Everglades is a 60km stretch of pristine waters, magnificent flora and fauna and narrow waterways.

Heading south, locals and visitors alike love Peregian Beach for its laidback and chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month.

GETTING AROUND
ConXion operate door-to-door airport shuttle services from both Brisbane Airport and Sunshine Coast Airport seven days a week and Niche can also happily provide contact details of preferred private airport transfer companies/drivers upon request.
Rideshare services such as Uber and DiDi as well as taxis are readily available on the Sunshine Coast but can be unreliable later in the evening.
