This lovely townhouse with own front door entrance is located in a quiet complex off Noosa Parade. The property is facing onto a lush green park. You can park directly outside the property in the carport and walk directly inside. You will be greeted by a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has everything you need including a coffee machine and full cooking facilities. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a smart TV and unlimited wifi. There is A/C and a ceiling fan on the ground level. Sliding doors then lead out onto a private courtyard with Weber BBQ and a private spa. The courtyard has gorgeous lush tropical trees for that ultimate Noosa experience.

A set of stairs leads up to the first level of this home. There is a bedroom to the rear of the upstairs with a ceiling fan and single beds. The renovated bathroom has a lovely shower and a washing machine. The spacious master bedroom is the front of the townhouse and this has ceiling fans and air conditioning.

You can also use the shared pool and shared tennis courts.Not suitable for children under 6 years of age. There is a private spa in the rear courtyard of the property. Our professional pool technician services the spa on a weekly basis and may attend during your stay.
