For some fresh air, explore Buddina beach, which is an off leash beach for your furry companion. During your stay, rest easy in the plush queen bed or make use of the private, fenced-in courtyard with al fresco dining, perfect for enjoying a night cap or your morning cuppa.

Clean and bright, this sun-drenched studio apartment sandwiched between the Mooloolah river offers both comfort and convenience.

Step inside and fine a spacious living area offering a comfortable queen bed, two-person dining table and a small kitchenette with a sink, fridge and microwave, where you can quickly whip up a bite to eat before heading out for the day.

The modern bathroom is pristine with a glass shower and rainfall shower head, mirrored vanity with storage and a toilet—plus complimentary toiletries to get you through your short stay.

Come evening, make your way out to the private, fenced courtyard surrounded by lush greenery. Dine al fresco at the two seater table and breathe in the fresh air as you sip on your morning coffee.

Please answer the pre-booking message truthfully at the time of booking. This is to help us get to know you to ensure the space suits your needs. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

We do allow small dogs under 10kg. Pets are to be kept off all furniture, please. Pets must be declared as a guest as an extra cleaning fee will be added to your total reservation amount after booking.

We have a strict no-party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours. Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat and tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.

If smoking occurs on the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorized.

Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests.
