The Space:

Welcome to Coastal Outlook, a spacious three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Caloundra. With beautiful water views, a large balcony overlooking the resort pool and a fantastic central location, this apartment offers an easy coastal stay just moments from Bulcock Street.



Step inside to the light-filled open-plan living area, where a comfortable L-shaped couch, large TV and ceiling fan create a relaxed space to unwind. The adjoining dining area seats up to six guests, while the kitchen features a coffee machine, fridge and breakfast bar with three stools.



Large glass sliding doors connect the living area to the generous outdoor balcony. Take a seat and enjoy the beautiful water outlook while overlooking the stunning resort pool below, creating the perfect setting for a morning coffee or relaxed afternoon outdoors.



Guests can also make the most of the shared resort facilities throughout their stay, including the swimming pool, gym, sauna, BBQ facilities and games room. When you’re ready to head out, Bulcock Street’s restaurants, cafés and shops are close by, along with the waterfront and Bulcock Beach.

Bedroom 1 (Master): The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a comfortable bench seat at the foot, two bedside tables, ceiling fan, TV and mirrored sliding wardrobes. A large window captures beautiful water views, while a separate door provides direct access to the balcony. The bedroom also connects to a private ensuite.



Bathroom 1 (Master Ensuite): Connected to the master bedroom, the ensuite features a shower, double vanity and toilet.



Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen-sized bed, two bedside tables, ceiling fan and mirrored sliding wardrobes, with a window looking out towards the water.



Bedroom 3: This bedroom features two single beds with a bedside table positioned between them, a ceiling fan and mirrored sliding wardrobes.



Bathroom 2: The main bathroom features a combined shower and bathtub, double vanity and mirror.



Separate Toilet: A separate toilet is located across from Bedroom 3, providing added convenience when staying with family or friends.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire three-bedroom apartment and balcony throughout their stay.



Secure parking is available in the garage for one car.



Guests will also have access to the resort’s shared facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, sauna, BBQ facilities and games room.



Please note that all resort facilities are shared with other guests and residents.

Located in the heart of Caloundra, Coastal Outlook puts you close to some of the area’s best dining, shopping and waterfront spots. Bulcock Street, Caloundra’s main street, is just moments away and is home to a great selection of cafés, restaurants, shops and local favourites.



Bulcock Beach and the waterfront are also nearby, perfect for swimming, morning walks or simply enjoying the coastal scenery. From here, you’re well positioned to explore more of Caloundra and the surrounding Sunshine Coast beaches.

For those using public transport, Caloundra Station is approximately a 9-minute walk (541 m) from the apartment, providing convenient access to bus services around Caloundra and the wider Sunshine Coast.



A car is useful if you’d like to venture further, with Kings Beach, Moffat Beach and other popular Sunshine Coast destinations easily accessible by car.

*Please note that there is currently construction taking place on the neighbouring complex until approximately July 2027 (paused during December school holidays). While every effort has been made to minimise disruption, some construction noise may occasionally be heard during standard working hours, with works potentially commencing in the early morning. We appreciate your understanding.



*This apartment is located within a shared resort complex, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of other guests and residents during their stay.



*The swimming pool, gym, sauna, BBQ facilities and games room are shared amenities. Access and operating hours are managed by the resort and may occasionally be affected by maintenance or other circumstances outside of our control.
