Excellent for location with respect to beach, food outlets & shopping centres. The house itself was excellent for the purpose of a family (9) with plenty of multiple spaces.
However, seeing that occupants are paying a premium price to stay here, the owners need to just forget the rent for a week and fix a few things up.
* House needs de-bugging (cockies and ants).
* 2 sinks in ensuites have no plugs, 1 was full of hair and soap which drained slowly and smelt till we cleaned it out!
* Glass panel over main balcony area leaked onto the large table and further across the roof leaked onto the coffee table and we didn't even have heavy rain!!
* One Louvre in top bedroom does not open.
* No toilet roll holder in top bedroom toilet - they don't cost much.
* Door to upstairs balcony will not lock - not ideal when there are children about.
* Power outlet in appliance cupboard temprimental, needs checking.
* Toaster needs replacing - only one side works.
* Refrigerator is suspect and need a service. Temperatures in freezer fluctuated from -18 to +5 and fridge up to +9!! This is totally unacceptable due to the potential hazard of food contamination.
Not the ideal way to wrap up a survey, but that's how it is. I very much assume that this would be seriously edited if published.
