Luxurious Sunset Beach Home On The Water With Pool, Boat Dock and Golf Cart

Waterfront Property! This fabulous house is located on Tubbs Inlet Bay and features incredible views of the marsh and bay. It has a private dock, so bring your boat and/or your jet skis. It also has a sought after private, outdoor pool.

The home features updated furnishings and interior amenities including 6 new large Smart TVs (Netflix and Amazon streaming capabilities), surround sound stereo in the family room, karaoke and high speed internet and WIFI.

The two large master bedrooms on the top floor feature king beds, en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. They open onto private covered balconies that face the bay. The upper floor also features a TV sitting area and a laundry closet.

The two bedrooms on the main floor feature en suite bathrooms, and are furnished with a single queen bed (bedroom 4) or two queen beds (bedroom 3). They both open onto decks. All linens are provided. The main floor also features a large, open plan kitchen/dining/living room and a half bath. This room opens onto the huge main deck with outdoor dining table and chairs.

Outdoors you will find a fenced, waterfront backyard with private swimming pool, a charcoal grill, and floating boat dock. Get out on the water with the two kayaks and paddle boards and explore the marshes and bay or even pull up on one of the many sandbars. The beach is an easy 9-10 minute walk or use the available golf cart and bicycles. Sunset Beach has recently implemented paid parking. Parking will be free for our renters when using our golf cart. Renters will be responsible for paying the parking fee if they use their personal vehicle anywhere but the driveway at 1518 N Shore Drive. No pets please.

We had another fantastic week at North Shore Dr. This was our 42 year gathering at Sunset Beach and our 2nd consecutive year at this house. We have already booked our week for next year as well. The house accommodations, layout, amenities such as the pool, deep water dock, and access to the ICW make this house check all the boxes for us.We had some initial issues with the downstairs AC unit, but kudos to the owner and family for addressing it right away. Owner and her son-in-law were wonderfully responsive and concerned about our comfort.

Sunset 40th Anniversary and 60th Bday Celebrations

House layout was perfect for our group of friends. Accommodations were ample for our group of 7 although our old joints would have appreciated furniture that sat a little higher off of the ground. We loved the private pool and access to the canals/inlet/ICW provided by the deep-water dock. We loved it so much, we are already booked again for next year!

This is the 3rd consecutive year we have vacationed in this home. We typically come with our friends and have decided we love vacationing together. We have already booked this home for 2 weeks next summer. The decking becomes extremely hot but keeping flip flops next to the pool entry solved the problem of burning feet. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful home with a fantastic host!

This was our first stay at this property but hopefully won't be our last. The home had an ideal layout for our family needs and came with all sorts of amenities. The home was clean, comfortable, and had incredible views of the water. Janet was fantastic to work witb. She was always quick to respond with any questions we had. Sunset Beach Paradise

Jan's property is the nicest home rental we have ever stayed in on Sunset Beach. This was our second time renting and it was just as great. Jan is very quick to respond to any questions. The house was very clean upon arrival and is well stocked with kitchen appliances, utensils, plates, and cookware. The outside area is superb. The pool is perfect and the dock is a great place to fish, especially in the mornings and evenings. The golf cart is a great addition as it is much easier to parallel park near a beach access than a car. We had no trouble finding parking all week we were there in July 2024. I would highly recommend renting this property if you are going to Sunset Beach. For those unfamiliar with the area, Bill's Seafood at the roundabout sells great fresh seafood as well as homemade dips and Key Lime pies. There are plenty of restaurant options in Calabash, I highly recommend The Oyster Rock on the water. There are also numerous golf courses in Sunset very close to this house, specifically Sea Trail and Sandpiper Bay.

Beautiful Stay at Sunset

This home is beautiful, roomy and well appointed. The golf cart got us to the beach and back, but the pool kept us cool and the dock was great for fishing and kayaking. Beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great time! The location was quiet and was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was perfect and the deck overlooking the pool was a favorite spot for morning coffee, reading and planning for the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Trip

We just returned from a week long stay at Janet's property in Sunset Beach. I can't say enough positive things about our experience. From the time we booked through our stay Janet's communication was great and timely. We had a slight issue at arrival accessing the house, but she was very accommodating. We used of the golf cart, elevator, pool, dock. The cleanliness of the house was superb. The house was very inviting and homey. We can't wait to book again soon!

This is our 5 time staying at Janet's house on Sunset Beach. It is perfect. The pool makes a fun experience for the children and give the adults a rest from watching them at the beach. We also fish, unfortunately we did not catch any keepers, but if we had the kitchen is so well stocked that it would not have neen a problem. A perfect Sunset Beach vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Jan's house. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and perfect for myself and my husband, our 2 teen boys and our elderly in-laws. The elevator was a huge help for them to get down to the main level. Our boys loved the pool and it was great to have the dock to park the boat for the week.
