• Severe cases may incur fees up to $1,500 depending on treatment required


🛠 Professional Care 🛠
Our villa is professionally maintained. Groundskeeping, outdoor cleaning, and pest control may occur during the day to keep the property pristine.

📝 Dock Access Note:
The pathway down to the dock is not fully completed yet. While this typically won’t be an issue during winter weather when dock access is minimal, please note that a new, improved pathway is planned and coming in Spring 2026.


A refundable $500 security deposit is required for all reservations. This deposit helps ensure the home is left in good condition and may be used if excessive cleaning is required, if the grill is not cleaned after use, if trash is left inside the home, or if any damage occurs during the stay. We kindly ask all guests to treat the property with care, follow basic cleanliness expectations, and report any issues right away. The deposit is fully refundable as long as the home is left in reasonable condition, with no damage or extra cleaning needed.
We do have a pet fee. $250. More than 2 pets must contact us directly.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or garage - do not throw your cigarette butts in the yard or landscaping, please throw them away. We charge a minimum of $500 smoke odor removal fee for smoking or vaping inside the home, and this fee can be up to $1500 or more depending on what the odor removal company must do to take care of the problem.
