Hôtels près du Sunnyside Park à Madison

« Excellent »

« I was in town for a last-minute concert I wanted to see. I booked same day since I did not want to drive back so late and the hotel was great. Very nice entry, check in was friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and the lobby had a nice area for snacks and drinks. »

« It was overbooked so I had to go somewhere else…. »

« Very clean and friendly service. Well maintained hallways/bathrooms/kitchen areas. »

« This Tru was switching vendors so there was no soda or water to purchase. I was shocked and felt they should have purchased water that guests could just take for free. We ordered a pick up supper and ended up drinking water from the bathroom sink! Unacceptable »

Water didn't have a weird smell to it like many hotels do. The average: AC unit worked but rattled, we had to prop an empty box up under the frame to prevent the rattling noise but it worked. The bad: Bed had some type of dirt or maybe even boogers on the sheets under the left pillow, which makes me...

« Joseph (General Manager) & Lucky were amazing. Their customers service went above and beyond. »

« L'accueil a l'arrivée était OK.

« The room was very clean. The breakfast was great! »
