House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

In the complex, among others: 11 swimming pools (incl. pools with small water-parks, mail pool with the length more than 50 m), several outdoor hot tub stations, a very large and well-equipped gym, 2 SPAs Centers, many restaurants, cafes and bars, eco park, mini zoo, playgrounds, amphitheater, numerous squares, parks, unique lakes and many more - everything for guests of course free, some attractions available after using the chip I will pass (indoor facilities open until 22:00).
To have a good time, there is no need to leave the estate, because it is a huge area with an amazing number of attractions, professional, very friendly, multilingual staff (24-hour reception, security, monitored area).

The complex is located approx. 500 meters from the sea and the mainbeach (10 minutes walk), not far (approx. 200 meters) from the city buses stop (including direct bus number 1, which takes 2 levas to the old town of Nessebar!!) and an alley with many cheap bars, grills, etc.
