« The finishing of the interior is very rough. No amenities at all despite the name hotel may connotate. I don't think the drain pipes have p-traps so there's a slight smell when inside the shower, which is nothing but a 3 ft wide area of the room separated by a sliding glass divider. Not worth what you paid through Expedia. It's twice what's posted on their signs. »

« A simple 1 nite stay at Pontian. Not bad for the price paid. No view, as the room was either beside the main road or in between the slip road that goes to the Econ supermarket nearby. Small room but clean, although towels is a bit yellowish. Suggest to bring your own towels. Toilet are clean as well. »

« This place is very good for Lego land visitors with family. I had one problem. We were 7 of us but the property is meant for max 3 to 5 persons We were told that they provide extra footon for 2 people but they are nothing more than a cheap foldable bed. There is no place to put the bed on the floor and the foldable bed is not a good quality bed. Else it’s a good property »

« Great luxury from Ramada as always. Expect all the luxury amenities in the room. Mine had even shower gel and toothpaste. The hotel in next to legoland, surrounded by malls and restaurant. The hotel's restaurant is exquisite, featuring chef's "Mozart" delicacies from around the world. The hotel also feature an amazing shop with a large selection of potato chips, ice cream and other first necessity items. I definitely recommend this fantastic hotel »

« The room was very dusty on the day we arrived. On the second day, when we requested for house keeping, toilet amenities wasn’t replenish and floor was still dirty. »

« 1. Rooms are dirty and aged 2. Receptionist are not friendly and looks like they are not happy to work there. 3. Limited choices in the breakfast settings. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories 4. Power switches in the room falling apart. 5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star. Badly run down premise. 6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs. Its ashame that this hotel...
