  • Ce 2 chambres / 2. 5 salles de bain, condo situé à Thunder Springs offre 1655 pieds carrés d'espace de vie sur un seul niveau. Avec une sensation de grande pièce ouverte, c'est un condo confortable qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Le salon comprend une télévision UHD incurvée de 65 pouces, un foyer au gaz et un canapé et une causeuse pour se détendre. Il y a un coin salon avec 2 fauteuils inclinables et un accès à la terrasse extérieure. La cuisine a des appareils en acier inoxydable et 4 tabourets de bar pour s'asseoir autour du comptoir. Table à manger pour 4-6 personnes
     La chambre principale a un lit King, TV 4k incurvée de 50 pouces, dressing et salle de bain avec douche seulement et lavabo simple. Il y a un accès au patio avec une table et 4 chaises et un grill extérieur. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et salle de bain complète avec lavabo simple et baignoire avec douche. Cette chambre n'a ni fenêtre, ni placard, ni porte extérieure. Lorsque vous entrez dans le condo, il y a une buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur et salle de bain couloir.
    Caractéristiques complexes: Thunder Springs est situé à côté du parcours de golf Bigwood et a accès à une piscine, un bain à remous et un parking souterrain avec un garage pour garer deux voitures. Le club de bien-être Zenergy est à côté, auquel les clients ont accès à un tarif régulier. Alpine Lodging propose des laissez-passer à prix réduits pour le YMCA. En été, le Bigwood Grill est ouvert pour le déjeuner et le dîner et situé à côté du complexe de Thunder Springs.

Spacious Comfort in a Great Location.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was outfitted with every cooking utensil we needed and there were extra clean towels for us in the bathroom. Although the location is right on Saddle Road, the condo was super quiet inside. The location gave us great access to both Ketchum and Sun Valley by car and bicycle. The garage unit was an added bonus, giving us a great spot to store our bikes. We would definitely stay here again.

Saddle Road 2 Bedroom

Very nice and clean condo. Excellent location — close to town and Baldy. Access to Zenergy pool and hot tub was great. Four star rating, though, because we didn’t have a working clothes dryer, which was fairly inconvenient. We arrived to a note saying that the dryer wasn’t working and that a part was on order. Took a couple of phone calls to property manager before we received a response, and then never heard back with an update for the rest of the week.

Uncomfortable beds, rude staff

What a stressful nightmare! I was so looking forward to this trip. Thee staff were non responsive on several issues, and when they did reply they were rude, dismissive. Rooms were very outdated, you could hear the bed springs, very uncomfortable beds, pillows, wrong internet information so we had no internet the first 3 days. They said someone would come out the first day, it took considerable follow up I missed activities waiting for a promised staff to arrive and when I shared they did not I got a 'sorry' text back the next day, and then someone hung up on me. One small dresser in the master bedroom was broken, doors do not open and close so we put our clothes for the week on top. I requested a new place after the first night and was yelled at and scolded and told and no refunds so I felt stuck. Place was exceptionally clean, so they have incredible cleaning crew.

Most Misleading

Would give 0 stars if able, although location is good. After a less than, friendly check-in at the rental agency, we went to the 'gold level' rental to find it very worn & tired! First thing noted was how dark the unit is followed by a floor lamp with no shade, multiple stains on the carpeting, peeling paint, water damaged walls, etc.. Upon contacting the rental agency, (with a '24 hr 'emergency service') we were told by the receptionist, 'we are closing in 15 mins!'. We were then connected to a manager, who after we shared the conditions of the unit, she stated 'we do suggest to the owners that they do a deep cleaning between seasons, possibly that hasn't been done'! We were then offered alternative 'comparable' rentals. One larger more expensive the other an older unit, both on the other side of town. After requesting several times for someone from the agency to please visit the unit to acknowledge the state of the unit we were told there was 'no one available! There was someone who could bring a lamp shade, but no one to view the unit! When we requested to cancel our reservation and receive a full refund, not only were we told was not possible we were also told 'you won't find a hotel room for this price'! We were connected to a 3rd person, who only reiterated what we had been told, we then questioned if we need to contact the local police department to have someone see the unit. At which time we were allowed to cx our reservation for a full refund.

Plenty of room to spread out and the condo and grounds were beautiful. Well equipped and super clean. The only cons were poor lighting and mediocre master bed. LED bulbs would be a big plus in living area. Dining area definitely needs some sort of lighting. These aren’t big things and would definitely stay here again.

Alpine Lodging - Property Management was the best I have experienced in the Sun Valley area by far!! I have rented places for over 40 years. The best! Toaster broke. A new one was delivered in two hours. Gas fireplace did not light. Guy came out and fixed it in 15 minutes. Staff at their office was the best and very helpful. Downside: lighting in the bathrooms. No lights above the mirrors. No lighting for the dining room table. We moved a lamp so we could see. Second bedroom is not a legal bedroom. No window or closet. Bottom floor with only one door that opens from the master bedroom. There was one window that did open in the living room. Switch to turn on fireplace behind TV. Step down to kitchen area. You get used to it. Not a good design. You see the warning sign after you almost fall not expecting a step down to the kitchen. No view except for a steep hillside next to the main road. Since you are below the road you do not hear the traffic. I am sure in the summer that would change with having a door open or window.

Perfect for your ski vacation

Wonderful to park inside a heated garage in the winter time. Check-in a bit complicated as the front desk at Thunder Springs does not deal with Alpine Lodging, but Alpine very helpful and responsive throughout the process. A few things - the black plastic shower fixtures, the saggy pillows, the sub-par paint job in one of the bathrooms - seemed a bit shabby given the price and the "luxury condo" description. Overall, we were overwhelmed with the beauty of the area, the location of the condo (close to skiing and to restaurants), the convenience of parking, the luxury of ending the day with a swim, hot tub soak and cold plunge! A perfect ski vacation!

The kitchen was well equipped. Access to the next-door Zenergy club hot tub was very welcome. The 2-car garage was great (but it *barely* fit our truck -- it would be useful for the listing to identify the full dimensions of the parking spaces). It was just a couple minutes drive to downtown Ketchum and Baldy.One issue we had was the door to the parking level was set to open without a code (the code pad was apparently broken) with a weight sensor for cars. We didn't have a key to the non-vehicle door, and couldn't open the parking level door without driving in/out. We thought we'd be locked out if we walked out. The rental agency didn't know about this, and wasn't too helpful. We did figure out other options (other doors) for entering/exiting by foot without getting locked out, when the complex HOA/management came by and talked to us. It would have been nice if the rental agency told us about this in advance or could have been more helpful.

Great value!

This is one of the bottom floor Thunder Springs on Saddle Rd. A little dark since its partially below ground level but the value is in the reasonable rate combined with the nice interior and generous size- including 2 full baths and a half bath. Nicely provisioned. My only suggestion is for Alpine to step up the quality of the paper towels and toilet paper. Better lighting in bathrooms would be nice.

Nice quiet location with secure personal garage

The condo was clean and beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have a garage that was secure for storing bikes. Also there was an outlet in the garage which was convenient for charging our electric vehicle.

Use of Zenergy pool and hot tub was fantastic. Beds and pillows were pretty good. Overall really nice experience and worked for what we needed. Liked the location a lot.
