Horrible stay & unclean

Room was unclean, toilet seat was broken, no toilet paper in room just to name a few. This was the most disgusting hotel I have stayed in. Absolutely would not stay again.

It was super dusty they was a lot of traffic in the halls I did not feel safe They was painting and fixing up the hotel my room had so much dust in in I only slept 4 hours and i left I really should of requested a refund.

The staff was very rude and disrespectful. They gave my room away. This was a business trip, and didn't have any where to stay. I was very unhappy.

Not worth it!

The room was clean but very outdated. Minimal hot water in the morning only, none after noon, almost like they shut the hot water off. There was no breakfast either morning, but there is a very short walk to an IHOP. The staff was pretty rude at check in and when we complained about the hot water.

The room wasn't clean, and the bed half made. Found the old bedding in the closet. Desk, floor, and other surfaces were sticky. I found bed bug evidence in the room, and in the morning there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Not sure how this room was marked as rentable. Staff was very friendly at least.

Room was very unsanitary. Rugs were very dirty, furniture was beat up, walls and lamps dirty. Was moved to a different room and it was still dirty.

The staff was doing their best, very friendly. The problem was the room condition. It was cleanish, but everything in the room was old and very run down. Vanity was about to fall. Toilet was rust stained and lid was broken. Shower leaked and tub was cracked.

Took over 30 minutes to check in. They take a physical copy of your drivers license and leave it on the counter so anyone can see it, photograph it or take it. The AC in the room was broken. The staff was completely rude (especially the one who was brought from Philly to run the hotel). Do not waste your time or money on this property.

This was advertised as a beautiful, warm and spacious place to stay. Upon arrival it looked run down and dirty. Staff looked like a drug addict. We entered the room with a horrible smell, cigarette burns on the bed spreads, and not the spacious room I had requested. I went to check the indoor pool to find stuff floating on top as well as dirt or sand on the bottom. I requested a refund and left immediately

I didn’t like the fact that I had my child and had to clean the bathtub. I also didn’t like the fact that I paid in advance and didn’t get the room I paid for.

Not 1, not 0, but -5 stars. My wife and I were assigned room 317. It took less than 5 minutes before we realized that the management does not care about their visitors (at least not us). The entry door and the bathroom door were falling off the hinges; the floor and the window were beyond dirty; The fixtures were falling apart. We immediately canceled our stay. We feel insulted by the condition of the room we were assigned. To sum up the whole experience in one word... SLUM.

Never again

Rooms were terrible. First they didn't have my reservation because the name of the hotel had changed to Belmont Inn and not Country Inn. Showers and toilets had rust in them. I had to change rooms three times one room wasn't even cleaned had wet towels hanging up bed wasn't made and trash still in the trash cans. Smoke detector battery needed changing and it chipped all night. My whole experience was terrible

There is nothing unique about this property. There is major work being done on 1st and 2nd floor. Painting - terribly done, paint can with brush sticking out of it left in the middle of the 2nd floor. Major water leak on first floor; sign on Pool door stating not to use the ladder in the pool. Tub in rood had major stain from the faucet leaking for some time; toilet also dripped all night.

Unclean.

Visible hair all over the bathroom, drapes literally falling from the ceiling, smells of must, and the carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a week let alone actually deep cleaned in a year. The toilet handle is broken and just sitting on top of the toilet. The shower has brown tinted water/soap scum stains on the walls. I feel bad because the front desk girl was beyond nice and everyone was complaining, but this is truly not up to the country inn standards and gives them a horrible name.

Would not recommend this hotel. It was falling apart and not clean. We got into our room and the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was a bottle with some sort of liquid on the floor in the bathroom, hand soap was open and used, used wash cloth on the counter. The handle to the bathroom door was broken and about to fall off. There was a huge red stain in the bedroom on the carpet. When I told the front desk all she said was okay and that house keeping hasn’t been doing a good job.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We had to change our room 3 times because of how filthy they were. The first room’s toilet didn’t flush. The second room was by far the worst. The bathroom had no light, the lampshades were filthy, and there was stuff embedded in the carpet. The third room was not much better with the awful smell of weed and a plugged in lamp in our bathroom. We were there for two days-on the last day we had no hot water whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible. The staff was friendly, but other than that-never again will I stay here.
