Nos gîtes et cottages à Sumner

« We booked through Expedia and got a "deal" but the pictures were NOTHING like the property. There was no coffee pot. No one on site, had to call and wait for staff to show up. Staff was nice and gave info about the surrounding area. Bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Nice history of the area but I do not recommend this particular "hotel" (motel). »

« Ok »

« At check-in we didn't understand the young man's English. We got into our room and there was no smoke detector, just the remnants of where one once was. Both doors in the room were sticking and the wood laminate flooring was coming up off the floor. Also, there was a paint touchup job in the bathroom that was done poorly. We feel like the building overall is settling and shifting. Normally we do not ever complain about any motel/hotel stays, however this time we were somewhat disappointed...

« The only real issue i had was, the pool was closed because someone made a mess in it. Looking out my window, I could see the water had turned green. Other than that, staff was very nice, room was tidy, and breakfast was mini-muffins, cereal, waffles, apples and bananas and juice or coffee. No eggs or sausage. I don't if that's a usual, but McDonald's is just across the street. »

« Clean, comfortable and affordable. Would stay here again. »

« Steep stairs to the loft. While not a problem for us some may have trouble if they have small children. »

« Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Most of our time there was spent in the evenings. The sofas were comfy.Would have liked a toaster and an ice maker. There was a bag of ice (opened) in the freezer. There was everything needed for coffee which we really appreciated and knowing there was a Keurig, we brought our own coffee. :) Would definitely stay there again. »
