3 BR Home close to everything Summersville!

3 BR home with 2 full baths located near Interstate 19 in Summersville. The home has a large open space living room and dining room, and a large, fully equipped kitchen (pictures do not do it justice). The recreation room has a pool table, dart board, treadmill, card table and large flat screen tv. Enjoy the large front porch, with table, seating and a swing chair to enjoy the tranquility of West Virginia. The home is great for family gatherings, getaways, and of course those that are interested in the outdoors. The house is located approximately 15 minutes from Summersville Lake, 5 minutes from Nicholas Memorial Park and close to everything you need with regards to restaurants and shopping. We are only a short drive from the New River Gorge National Park, the Gauley river and Hawks Nest State Park. As far as July 4th fireworks goes... you can not beat the location of this house!

Great Stay!

Property is exactly as described and has plenty of space for 6+ people. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. This is a great home base for exploring West Virginia's beauty!

Great house and location!

Great location 10' from Summerville Lake. Very convenient to have your adventure. The house is very comfortable and clean. Big dining table for the family and friends, nice extra single beds and comfortable mattresses. I recommend.

Wonderful Listing

The hone was very clean, very well furnished, any questions answered promptly. We will likely return to this property next year. Enough interests to keep older grandchildren busy, rented a pontoon boat one day on the lake so that we could all be together. Kitchen very well equipped with most anything one would want. cooking needs.

Everything is so clean and accessible to all functions going on in the area. Love the big yard to play outdoor games. It is so quiet and peaceful being that close to the interstate. Hope to be able to be there same time next year.

Good times in Summerville.

Nice sized house, comfortable beds, front porch was nice to hang out on. Game room offered some entertainment. Most importantly very close to New River Gorge Nat Park, Gauley River and Hawks Nest State Park.

Travel with the confort of staying in your own home

We stayed at this property in August to meet with our friend family and enjoy Summersville. This is property is located at a very convenient location and quiet neighborhood. It is close to a lot places, restaurants, grocery stores. The host decorated the house nicely and prepared many amenities. You can almost find anything you need. The host also left some snacks, food and beer. They came handy since there was a power outage in the nearby stores and we can't buy breakfast. The game room is large and with many games for family fun time. The rooms are very clean. We all loved it and felt our stay was too short. I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to any travelers.

Great Location and Great Boat Parking

The location of the home is perfect. Walmart is 4 minutes away. I thought I would rather be closer to the lake, but this was so much more convenient! And the lake is only 10 minutes from the home. The outside lawn is very flat and we enjoyed some flag football. There are 2 outside tables. We have a 24 foot jet boat and are always concerned on the parking situation at the homes we rent. The roads to get to the home were normal roads with a shoulder and adequate space. The driveway to the house is easy to pull into and it loops around to a side road, so no backing up is needed! I would watch out for the low electrical lines as our wake tower was close. There is not any close outdoor electrical outlets, so we bought a light bulb outlet adapter as the outside porch lamps are very close. We used the outlet to keep our boat's battery charged. There is an outlet in the back of the house under the Juliette balcony. The house was exceptionally clean!!!!! Even the chalking in the bathrooms were spotless!! They had all the kitchen items needed, except for a coffee pot (as a Keurig is there). They even had the paper products & laundry detergent. All the TV's were smart TV's so we didn't need to use our Amazon Fire Stick. The only negative downstairs in the game room was the lack of a sofa or somewhere to sit for the TV. We actually ordered an inflatable sofa from Amazon while we were there and used that so the kids could have a place to sit. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable! Lots of space. And every bedroom had a smart TV. Hope this helps on your decision. This is by far the best home we have rented in Summersville.

Beautiful spacious home. A solid house, well built. We enjoyed the game room and sitting on the large front porch. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing place after a day on the river. The owner was quick to respond and answered all our questions. He was very detailed and made the stay enjoyable before we even got there. Our stay was short, but I would definitely rent this house again.

Great place close to Summersville Lake

Property was very clean and well maintained. Very close to Summersville Lake and 40 minutes from white water rafting. Game room area was undersold and had a ton of options for all. I would recommend you read closely about 4th bedroom, it was a little bit of a surprise it wasn’t a real bedroom but they do disclose it’s common area. None the less we really enjoyed our time there and the place was great.

Great house with all the amenities

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend with another family. We planned activities at Ace Adventures and it was about a 30-40 easy drive to there. The house is wonderful. Everything you can ask for. Lots of clean towels, big comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and fun game room. The owner was great and answered all questions super fast. We loved Ace Adventures and will be back to do all the stuff we couldn’t fit into this weekend. Thank you.

Start of Summer Vacation

Could not have asked for more. The owner had thought through all the needs of the guests and all you have to do is just walk in and stay. The property is very well maintained - has a pool table, and has TVs in all the rooms. Tons of books for book lovers. Kitchen had all the utensils you need along with spices and other supplies. Laundry rooms and bathrooms were equipped with the supplies (which I have not seen in other places). This property also has a huge backyard (unfortunately we couldn't do much as it rained during most of our stay). To top it all, the location is great - close proximity to restaurants, convenience stores etc but still provides you the living experience of a cabin. I would definitely stay here again if I visit WV. The host is one of the best I have worked with. Very prompt in responding and accommodating the needs.
