It's Time for some Fun in the Sun here at Venture Out's gated community on Cudjoe Key located at Mile Marker 23 in the Florida Keys!

A cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a 35' concrete seawall that will accommodate up to a 32' boat.

The bedroom has a Queen size bed. The bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom and is equipped with a tub/shower combo.
In the living room there is a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations and TV.

The fully equipped Kitchen will make any Chef happy. It also features an island with bar stool seating. There is a laundry closet inside the home with washer and dryer.

Outdoor you will find a BBQ grill and colorful patio table with 4 chairs and a chaise lounge to relax and enjoy your fresh catch dinners
Tandem kayak and 2 bikes are available for your use to explore the islands. There is a bait freezer inside the home to store your fishing supplies and fresh catches.

This is a pet friendly home for 1 dog or 2 small dogs with a $150 pet fee per pet . Rental manager must be notified at time of booking.

If your group is larger than 4 persons, we have another property just 5 doors away on the same canal, which sleeps 6. The Property Name is Big Blue #230 and VRBO property ID is 4358000. These homes are not connected, but a very short, easy walk down the road so your group could stay within steps of each other.

Venture Out is a golf cart friendly, private gated community that boasts a plethora of amenities to elevate your stay to the next level. Indulge in resort-style amenities, including a Marina store with fuel onsite, bait and convenience market, boat wash down station, 80-foot heated pool, Jacuzzi, large kiddie pool, salt water swimming lagoon, convenience market, post office, 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball and bocce courts.
Adventure beyond the gates for a bite to eat at some of Florida Keys favorite restaurants such as, Square Grouper, Morning Joint, The Bent Prop, Mangrove Mamas, Kiki's Sandbar or Boondocks Draft house and Miniature Golf course, all within a 10 minute drive. Located inside Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. A separate Registration Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. This fee must be paid with cash or credit card (4% credit card fee will apply). Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. This vehicle must fit on the driveway and not extend out to the road. The driveway measurements are 16'L x 10.5'W. If your vehicle does not fit when you arrive, you will need to see the guard gate for an additional parking pass for the overflow lot which costs $5/day. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.
Main guest must be 25 years of age or older and will need to email a copy of your drivers license to the Rental Manager after booking has been accepted. The vacation rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking acceptance. There is a 4% credit card processing fee.
**Due to ongoing electrical upgrades within the community, some amenities may be unavailable during your stay, and there may be interruptions in electrical service during repairs. Please contact us before booking for estimated closure and repair dates.

Location is awesome. Half an hour from key West and Marathon. Gated community with very friendly staff, nice pool/hot tub, marina, tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts, and rec center with plenty of tables, dart boards, pool table, small library. The home itself fit our needs for a short stay, but could use some updating and repair to vinyl plank floors in kitchen. Would not hesitate To stay again as price was reasonable and location is great! Thank you.

Communication with host was top tier, very accommodating. Home was clean, had everything we needed and more. Perfect place for docking our boat(the best we've had by far). We will definitely be coming back and hopefully for a longer stay.
