Welcome to Gillian's Room, one of Chosen's original guest suites and a cozy coastal stay designed for simplicity, comfort, and convenience. Enter from the parking lot side, where beautiful climbing vines surround the home and create a peaceful, garden-like setting as you arrive. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed, a private full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee station, plates, cups, and essentials for light meals and morning coffee.

Step outside to enjoy the shared outdoor patio—an inviting space to sip your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach. Every stay includes a curated Chosen Welcome Gift featuring wellness items, complimentary water, and locally inspired coffee to help you settle in.

Refunds will not be issued for failure to review the following disclosures prior to booking:

* Gillian's Room shares one wall with an adjacent guest suite, and the property is located near the roadway. You may occasionally hear neighboring guests or light street noise.
* This is a private guest suite rather than a full home and is best suited for travelers looking for a comfortable place to relax and explore Summerland.
* The home is surrounded by mature vines and lush landscaping that give the property its unique charm. Because of the natural setting, you may occasionally encounter spiders, insects, or other small critters. If you notice anything during your stay, simply let us know and our team will gladly take care of it as quickly as possible.
* Community trash bins are located outside the property to the right, down Olive Street on the right-hand side.

They're comfortable, clean, and cared for — just don't expect the polished, high-end finish of our luxury and wellness homes. Come for the location, the laid-back beach-house feel, and the value.
