« The view from the balcony was great. When we first arrived, we had to schedule maintenance and cleaning. Floors, cabinets, dusting, dishes, etc. The coffee maker timer and the ice maker didn't work (maintenance came in and attempted to fix the ice maker; I made two more calls to get that fixed but had no success). The bathroom exhaust fans were coated with dust. The unit in this building was on the second floor, with 9 or 10 steps to climb, no elevator, and no mention of that in the posting. ...

« This was a beautiful property and very comfortable. We had our daughter’s family with us and we each had a master bedroom and bathroom. There is bedding for a very large group, and 4 full baths. We could watch the pool from the balcony. Only downside is the dishes were not microwaveable. Lots of dishes but only two small containers could be used in the microwave. So that can be resolved by bringing paper plates. »

« When we first got to the beach house, we thought, well this is small, its going to be a tight fit. We had 2 adults, a 17 year old boy, a 13 year old girl, and a 11 year old boy. We brought an air mattress, but the couch was comfortable enough for my daughter to fall asleep on it most night & we stayed 6 days. While it was a snug fit, it was EXTREMELY accommodating.
