« The pool was okay! Overall this place is terribly run down with aircon leaking, tv not functioning in dome rooms, no safe box, toilet ceiling leaking, bath water stagnant at bathing time! « I reserved 2 superior rooms for 2 nights in this hotel about a month before arrival. I requested ocean view and highest level for both, connecting and not far from elevator. After 45 minutes waits they gave me 1 room with mountain view on the 7th floor, that I gave to my parents, and 20 minutes later, an ocean view superior room on the 12th floor. Assuming it was one of the highest occupancy saturday, though reserved a month ahead, the reception would give you more attention if you insisted them...
