« Help staff, a bit slow for early breakfast, but friendly and helpful. location near to shopping center was useful, but off major roads, so fairly quiet. Also the local mosque call to prayers at 4:15 was very quiet and could not be heard if the low background hum Air Con was used in the room. Furnishings a little tired but comfortable bed. Shower was over the bath and water went outside of curtain, Very hard to shower in a more controlled fashion. Rooms were large, hotel seems to attract...

« I reserved 2 superior rooms for 2 nights in this hotel about a month before arrival. I requested ocean view and highest level for both, connecting and not far from elevator. After 45 minutes waits they gave me 1 room with mountain view on the 7th floor, that I gave to my parents, and 20 minutes later, an ocean view superior room on the 12th floor. Assuming it was one of the highest occupancy saturday, though reserved a month ahead, the reception would give you more attention if you insisted them...

« Bon hôtel dans le centre de medan. La chambre DELUXE était très confortable et spacieuse. Bon petit déjeuner. La réception se trouve au 9eme étages. Le Check-in était un peu long cependant . Pas loin à pied de point center avec magasin et restaurant. »

« Not sure why Expedia rates this as a 4 star hotel but the bedding, towels/bathroom, and overall room feel more like a 3 star hotel. Staff, however, were very nice and courteous. Breakfast was okay…could be better. »
