I feel cheated.
"I made the reservation through the application, made the payment and when I arrived at the hotel they said that they had not received any payment. I had to pay again in cash and more than the amount of the original price, the toilet did not work and the water did not go down the shower drain."

"Contacting the person to check in was not the problem, the problem was getting a room that the air conditioning was not working at all not even turning on , I got changed to a last minute room where the person was still mopping and floors were all wet ended up being muddy. There was no reason given ..."
