This luxurious Villa is located in the coastal tourist town of Sukošan, in the very center and near the sea, and the nearest beach is about 500 meters away. Sukošan is located in the spacious bay of Zlatna Luka and is abundant with countless public beaches and hidden coves on a coast over 10 km long. It is adorned with the largest marina on the Adriatic, Marina Dalmacija, and close to 5 National Parks and 2 Nature Parks. With a rich gastronomic offer of Mediterranean specialties that you can try in Sukošan's restaurants, this place is an ideal destination for those who want to spend an active vacation exploring the natural beauty on the bike paths or the beauty of our undersea. It should also be noted that Sukošan is located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Zadar, the central place in northern Dalmatia.



Villa Danica can accommodate up to a total of 9 persons. The special feature of this house is that it consists of two separate apartments, so it is ideal for several families or groups of friends who come together on vacation, but still want to have their privacy.



The larger apartment consists of a living room and a kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and one triple room and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed where two persons can sleep. In front of the apartment there is a spacious terrace where all guests can spend time together.



The smaller apartment consists of a living room and kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.



For guests who want a little activity on vacation, two bicycles are available.





Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 25 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
