« Hôtel dans les montagnes reposant et agréable. Service de navette depuis la gare de Nagiso très pratique autant pour rejoindre l'hôtel que pour faire des excursions à la journée (Vallée d'Atira / Nakasendo). Personnel très gentil. Lieu très propre. Le dîner du soir est délicieux. Le onsen tout en bois est incroyable avec vue sur les montagnes ainsi que des bains extérieurs au milieu de la forêt (attention aucun vêtement ni maillot n'est admis dans les onsens au Japon). « 建物は古くなっているので、エスカレーターが少ないとか、部屋のドアのロックが少し不安だったりはします。しかしそれを打ち消すほどの静かさ、スタッフの穏やかな対応が安心感を与えてくれます。今回花桃を楽しみにして、花桃の里行きのバスを予約していましたが、２日前に「まだ花が咲かないので運行中止になりました」とお電話をいただきました。それでも、食事が朝夜共にビュッフェスタイルで内容が良く、それを楽しみにして行きました。ちょうどカニの食べ放題の期間にあたりラッキーでした。また前回来た時よりも、私も含めておひとり様が増えた感じがして気楽に過ごさせていただけました。すぐ近くで毎日開かれている朝市も楽しかったです。 »

« We enjoyed our stay at susuranso, The staff were so helpfull , even organised tickets for komagatake ropeway for us. The hotel is very clean and has great views of the surrounding mountains. »

« Nagataki is a compound of several "hundreds of years old" typical houses connected through walkable paths and integrated with nature. You can truly feel the "old" and "nature" vibe all across the property. The houses being old can get really cold during the winter even with the heaters turned on, so be prepared with warm layers and pajamas so you can have a pleasant night. « Our experience was wonderful. We had almost no idea what to expect at Kamanuma - we just wanted to experience a traditional style Japanese Onsen and visit the beautiful Kiso valley. From the moment the chef/co-owner (brothers) picked us up at the train station, and all through the stay, the staff were very kind and helpful.
