« This beautiful, comfortable Hotel is in the heart of Saxmundham, moments from the station. The Helpful Staff, Callum, was wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would stay again. »
« So pleased I found this little gem. Lovely team of people, so cheerful, friendly, hardy, and welcoming, they obviously loved their jobs. My room felt fresh, was tastefully decorated, with a spacious en-suite, super comfortable king sized bed, and stable doors that opened out to a couple of steps down to my own terrace area.

« The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the countryside even though we were not facing the sea.

The only downside was that the parking facilities were quite limited and the space was always tight. »

« We stayed here due to a wedding at nearby Bruisyard. It was a lovely stay and I couldn’t fault it, a beautiful setting full of nature and a very well preserved property. Liz was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage and car off earlier than check in; we also came down to a very very nice breakfast with something for everyone. »

The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow! « A great stay. Away from it all authentic in the middle-of-nowhere stay, with only 6 miles from Woodbridge. Len excelled with making us feel absolutely at home. A wonderful host. Fascinating story about the farm buildings, his beekeeping, and life in general. A wonderful host. Breakfast was excellent, Barbara doing a great job in the kitchen.
We found a great route from the local village by the river into Woodbridge.

« I had made a mistake when booking the room, i booked a 'snug'. With two Golden Retrievers - a big mistake. Management were great and found us an outside room that was more suited.
