« Good hotel! Our room was new and clean. Friendly staff. The only minus is that there was not an elevator up to our room, was heavy to take bags down again. But such a good help checking in, the helpful man carried all bags up! Very nice! »

« The website is not clear, only military personnel are allowed (if only military personnel are allowed, there is no need to sell the room on this website). It is 20 kilometers away from the city. After waiting, military personnel will come out to explain (and the military is poor in English). On-site refunds are not allowed. I hope that Expedia will clean up such behaviors that waste customer time and energy. »
