« The front desk was great, friendly and super helpful, honestly more helpful than the kiosk. There was a language barrier and at time she did not understand me or I her. She charged me twice after already telling her I paid the booking and then followed up with a refund which could have been prevented if she had listened the first time and I have to wait for me to get my reimbursement back. First room that I booked tv didnt work, so had to change rooms, second room ac went out so had to change...

« Room wasn't cleaned very well, had to ask for utensils and coffee cups. The lady had to go ask for some from the hotel next door. Sheets and blankets had holes in them and the cable went in out all day »
