« The outside is nothing like the inside. Although older and run down looking the room was clean and perfect for our stay. The hot springs soak was nice (minus the guy who kept shushing even the people who were whispering) and the gift shop area was full out cute and useful items. They price was fantastic and I see us staying at the Charles more frequently! »

« We had a wonderful time while staying at Lydia’s family home. She was so helpful and a gracious host, she had everything we needed at the house and much more! The house was clean and very comfortable. Had nice seating area outside to enjoy the sun. Within walking distance to downtown and the soaking district! Plan on going back soon! »

He reached out right after I booked on short notice and let me know about the area. On arrival, he gave us a full tour of the property and made sure all of our needs were addressed.
