« We were four seniors, stayed 4 nights, lots of room, beds were very comfy, downstairs was great, game room was awesome.House is close to downtown Durango, like 6 minutes.Sidewalk up to house needs repair, couple serious cracks.Front porch was nice with chairs and table. « The property was amazing, the photos do not do it justice it is beautiful. Wake up in the morning to the sunrise, relax on the front porch with the views of the huge valley and the majestic mountains, mezmerizing. Later in the day relax and watch the sunset. « The condo was quite comfortable and clean, we appreciate that it is dog-friendly, and the location can't be beat; however, as others have also mentioned, our dogs were afraid of the stairs, they took a very long time going up and down them each time throughout the stay, and we actually had to carry one of them (a 40-plus pound pup) up and down for the first two days until he finally was willing to do it on his own. »
