« I have pictures and videos of this horrible unsafe condition. Bug's all over dropping off the ceiling threw the night all over the walls and floors. Dirty sheets other people's hair and glasses in the bed and some type of orange stains. Tube had other people's hair, mold, staind towels, toilet was not clean. « Owners called to personall check in on us before the stay. They upgraded us for free to their largest cottage. Everything was as advertised. My daughter and I had a nice relaxing evening. P. S. The Clark's Grocery makes the best supreme pizza I've had in a very very long time. So so worth it! Glad we stayed! Thanks Hales! »

« Great central location to explore the Boise area. Close to the downtown and within 10 minutes of the highway. Comfortable XL king bed and bedding in the primary bedroom. Very clean and cozy with cute mid-century furniture and decor. Mgt co was prompt in replying to questions. Note though that the listing pics are lighter/brighter than actual. »

« Alina was very sweet, understanding, & accommodating, & the house was clean & comfortable. Great location, basement was great for children & video games. The only issue I had was losing my deposit due to too many people, & housekeeping claiming two days to clean My daughter lives in Nampa, so my two gransons spent alot of time with us, and my disabled son, his wife, & dog showed up for Thanksgiving, which explains extra people.
