« Apartment was clean but very basic. It would do well to have a proper set of dishes, a coffee maker, mugs, glasses, a toaster, pots and pans. There weren’t any towels in the kitchen. We were forced to eat out the whole time because of the lack of items in the kitchen. »

« Everything the host has control of was great. The only negative I would say is that it is on the second story, so not ideal for small kids. Neighbors got upset with us at one point. »

« I found this property quite disappointing. First, it is in a very old student apartment complex and some of the interior has not been refurbished in decades. Second, it was not clean -- visible mildew in the bathroom and also moldy odors; kitchen also had an odor. Third, the cookware was not usable, the skillet in particular (owner replaced it on the third day). There is no private outdoor space. The HVAC system is quite loud and old.
